Assessment and development center

Let’s perform. Sketches, role playing, interviews – AC and DC are group evaluation methods for candidates or staff members using simulation elements. As the acronyms imply, AC is rather about assessment while DC focuses on employee development. They can both be used when selecting specialized staff, during internal promotion to a higher position or can be used as a development method.

How do we do it?

First, an objective, format and methodology are jointly defined by us, which can then be adjusted according to your needs. And you can be involved in the whole process, too. The outcome is feedback for every participant.
